Meet Our Team

Brad Hodor is a Bentley Certified trainer with more than 28 years of Civil Engineering experience.  Mr. Hodor has specialized in engineering subdivisions, roadway and heavy civil projects. 

Mr. Hodor has an extensive background in roadway and site design.  Projects range from heavy civil to site development.   He is an active engineer utilizing Bentley products in normal daily activities. 

Scott Saltzman is a Bentley Certified trainer with more than 20 years of Heavy/Civil Construction experience. He is a Heavy/Civil Project Manager with an emphasis on 3D modeling for machine guidance in earthwork, paving operations and structural constructability.  Scott has spent his years in the industry implementing new field technology such as LiDAR, GPS, robotic total stations, drones, and 3D monitoring systems.  In the office he has utilized applications such as ProVAL, Microstation and OpenRoads, and Propeller and TBC.  At Civil Solutions Inc, Scott is the Director of all contractor training and custom software development.

Jessica Tomkins is a Software and Web Developer that has Public Involvement experience in the Civil Construction field. She has experience with different programming languages, such as C#, RPG, SQL, Java Script, HTML, CSS, and Visual Basic. She was recently awarded 1st Place in the WMCPA RPG Student Competition at the WMCPA iCon Conference in 2023. At Civil Solutions Inc, Jessica is the Software and Web Developer for many of our programs and tools, as well as our licensing and website.
